- Avoid any conduct that would be considered unsportsmanlike.
3. **Commitment**
- Attend all practices and games unless excused by a coach.
- Give your best effort during practices and games.
4. **Safety First**
- Follow all safety rules and listen to coaches' instructions.
- Report injuries immediately to coaches or staff.
5. **Responsibility**
- Take care of league equipment and facilities.
- Clean up after yourself at practices and games.

- Accept and respect the decisions of referees, even if you disagree.
- Address concerns calmly and through appropriate channels.
4. **Positive Reinforcement**
- Encourage players with constructive feedback. Avoid negative criticism or public embarrassment.
5. **Safety and Well-Being**
- Prioritize player safety. Follow concussion protocols and injury guidelines.
- Ensure players are properly warmed up and hydrated.

- Encourage and support your child, their team, and all participants in a positive manner.
- Cheer respectfully. Avoid yelling at referees, coaches, or players.
2. **Respect for Officials and Coaches**
- Allow coaches to coach and referees to officiate without interference.
- Address concerns privately and through the proper channels.
3. **Sideline Behavior**
- Remain in designated spectator areas during games.
- Refrain from coaching or directing players from the sidelines.
4. **Sportsmanship**
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship by respecting the opposing team and fans.
- Model appropriate behavior for your child and other families.
5. **Communication**
- Inform coaches of any absences, injuries, or concerns promptly.
- Support team activities and volunteer when possible.
**DISCIPLINARY ACTION**
- Violations of the Code of Conduct will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
- Consequences may include verbal warnings, suspensions, or removal from the league, depending on the severity of the violation.
**Appeals Process:**
- Appeals must be submitted in writing to the Board within 48 hours of disciplinary action. The Board's decision following review is final.
